1. About Motorly

Motorly is a pre-launch vehicle care platform being developed for Kerala. The current site is a coming-soon page offering early access registration. Full platform features — garage discovery, slot booking, and vehicle history tracking — will be available at launch.

2. Early Access & Pre-Launch

By signing in with Google, you are joining Motorly's early access list. This means:

• You will be among the first notified when Motorly launches in your area
• No payment is required or collected during the pre-launch phase
• Early access does not guarantee any specific feature, launch date, or availability in your city
• We may update, delay, or change the product at any time

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create a Motorly account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account used to sign in
• You must provide accurate information — do not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent
• One account per person; duplicate accounts may be removed

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Motorly for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform
• Post reviews, ratings, or content that is fabricated, defamatory, or abusive

5. Garage Listings (Post-Launch)

After launch, Motorly will list garages and service centres across Kerala. These listings are provided for informational purposes. Motorly does not guarantee the quality, availability, or pricing of any listed garage. Transactions with garages are between you and the garage owner.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on motorly.co.in — including the logo, design, text, and code — is owned by Motorly and protected under applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Motorly is provided "as is" during the pre-launch phase. We make no warranties about uptime, feature completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the site is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motorly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any garage listed on it.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of Motorly after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
